What is Paintless Dent Repair? or PDR?
Paintless Dent Repair or PDR is a method of removing dents from a vehicle without using fillers or repainting. Instead, ASAP uses specialized tools and equipment to reach in and carefully massage a dent from the inside out and remarkably remove any visible dent up to the size of a half dollar.  

What are the benefits of Paintless Dent Repair?

There are several benefits of Paintless Dent Repair including:
Paintless Dent Repair does not damage the paint or require re-painting.
PDR is usually much less expensive than typical other methods of dent repair. There are some cases where we cost more at the time of repair, but factoring in the maintained value of your vehicle still make us the better option.
Paintless Dent Repair is much faster compared to taking your vehicle into an auto body shop to have dents repaired including up to 1-2 weeks. At ASAP, we can usually have your Dents repaired the same day at our shop, your office or at your home.

Will Paintless Dent Repair damage my paint?

Paintless Dent Repair is the only way to repair your dings and dents without damaging your vehicles paint. Today’s Original Manufacturer paints are very flexible and can handle being massaged back and forth as the dings and dents in the metal are removed. As long the dings and dents have not damaged the paint, as in scratching or cracking, the paint will not have any problems with any Paintless Dent
Repair procedure.

Will the dent be completely gone?

In most cases, the vehicle will be repaired back to 100%.  In some rare cases Paintless Dent Repair method cannot repair your vehicle to 100%. If that is the case, our technician will inform you ahead of time and will provide you with a percentage of completion that they believe we will be able to achieved.

Will the dents come back in the future?

When Paintless Dent Repairs are done correctly by ASAP there is no way for the metal to go back to a dinged or dented state. When the metal is formed by the manufacturer that is the shape that it wants to be in, so when our technician actually moves the metal back to where it was naturally as part of manufacturing it will remain that way unless damaged by a future incident.

Can you fix any dent?

There are certain dents where Paintless Dent Repair is not able to remove some dents to 100%. In most cases when one of our certified technicians completes our onsite review of your vehicle and provides you with a quote they will highlight any possible dents that are unfortunately too severe to be repaired. The technician will advise you of all that can be done by Paintless Dent Repair methods. When a technician determines that there are dents that cannot be done, they will advise you how we can also repair the dent using traditional autobody repair. ASAP has more than 40 years’ experience in the autobody repair industry.

Do you drill to fix dents?

Drilling is generally a way that some technicians want to make their lives easier and a way to make a repair quicker. For ASAP, Drilling is only done in extreme cases where are other methods have not been successful. In these cases, our technician will advise you of this fact and it provide you with the choice to whether to drill or not. In cases where we drill, the technician will select a hidden or inconspicuous area
to complete the drill. The technician will then plug the hole and provide rust proofing. We avoid drilling and never use this technique without customer approval.

Will you fix my scratches?

We are the exclusive agent of the patented Scratch Removal Technology, Sprayless Scratch Removal. We can repair most scratches. Many auto dealers use our service to remove scratches prior to a vehicle being put up for sale.

Will you fix dents on my lease return car?

We certainly can repair dents on your lease return vehicle. We understand dealerships often charge an arm and a leg if they think you have put “excessive” wear and tear on the outside of your vehicle. The cost of Paintless Dent Repair is usually much less than you would be charged in fees. It’s easier to return your lease vehicle looking pristine.

Can you fix dents in a vehicle that has a wrap on it?

In most cases we are able to repair dents on vehicles that have a wrap. However, the damage can be more complicated. We will test the strength of the wrap gradually to ensure we do not damage the wrap on your vehicle.

Can you help me sell my car?

Not directly, but a buyers first impression of purchasing a vehicle is solely on the exterior look of the vehicle. The better the exterior looks, the more a potential buyer will be willing to pay for your vehicle. Removing dents and dings will improve the overall value.

How much does auto hail repair cost?

If you have comprehensive insurance coverage, Vehicle Hail Repairs are 100% covered by your policy and all you will pay is your deductible. At ASAP we will work with you to cover the cost of your deductible.

 

If you do NOT have comprehensive coverage we highly suggest you talk to your agent about switching your policy to include it for the future especially if you live in the South and the Midwest.

How is Paintless Dent Repair Priced?

Paintless Dent Repair pricing is based on two main factors, the average size of the majority of dents on each panel of your vehicle and which panels the dents are located as some panels are easier to access them some others which means it takes more time to work on them

There are four main sizes that are used to calculate the cost of your Paintless Dent Repair.
1. The small size, “Dime” size or
2. The medium size, “Nickel” size or
3. The Large size, “Quarter” size or
4. The XL size, “Half Dollar” size or
